Hello everyone!

This is our 4th annual Deaf & Ally Day Celebration at Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) on Saturday, November 15th!

We can’t wait for this amazing event, and we want to share all the important details you need to know before our big day on November 15th! Remember, tickets won’t be mailed out since we’re part of the special Youth Education Program, which means we’ll enter together as a group. I’ll be at Guest Services at the front entrance on the right (check out the picture). It’s important that everyone meets me there between 8 AM and 8:50 AM to pick up your tickets so we can enter together. After that, we’ll head to the Starbucks inside the park for an hour of breakfast, coffee, and socializing with new friends! Our tour will kick off at 10 AM, and we’ll split into two or three groups, each with its very own ASL interpreter. The USH Coordinator will distribute the schedule flyer that contains the names of shows or theaters where ASL interpreters are available.

Please take a moment to read the strict rules at USH by checking the policies & restrictions before you arrive. You can find that information here: bit.ly/USH_Policies.

Parking is $35, and there are other options available based on your preference. For parking information, visit: bit.ly/USH_Parking.

If you’re curious about rides, theatres, foods, and more at USH, take a look at the map information here: bit.ly/USH_Map.

If you need other reasonable accommodations than ASL Interpreters, please contact USH Accessibility Information directly at bit.ly/USH_Accessibility

Any questions or concerns, please call Roy at 661.369.8858 VP or email at ra****@*****nc.org.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all there!
