Theme of this year is “Black Resilience” while celebrating culture, resistance and freedom. This February is Black History Month which recognizes the achievements and history by Black and African Americans including Black Deaf Americans in U.S. history. Theme of this year is “Black Resilience” while celebrating culture, resistance and freedom. Since 1976, every U.S. president has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month.
