BREAKING: A new brush fire, dubbed the Kenneth Fire, has sparked in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.

 

The Los Angeles Fire Department says the latest wildfire to ignite in Southern California has already spread across 50 acres and is burning toward the south, relatively close to homes in the area.

 

A mandatory evacuation order has been issued for Vanowen south to Burbank Boulevard and County Lane Road east to East Valley Circle Boulevard.

The #KennethFire in West Hills is moving quickly. @losangelesfiredepartment is issuing an Evacuation WARNING for the areas bordered by:

 

📍Ingomar St / Saticoy St south to Burbank Blvd and Valley Circle Blvd east to Woodlake Ave.

 

Please heed all evacuation warnings and PREPARE to evacuate immediately.
