📣 Attention, CalFresh Customers! 📣
Starting now, CalFresh work requirements may apply when you apply for or renew your benefits.
Some adults ages 18–64 who receive CalFresh may be required to meet certain work requirements to continue receiving benefits beyond 3 months within a 36-month period, unless they qualify for an exemption.
✅ Exemptions may apply based on age, disability, health conditions, caregiving responsibilities, and other circumstances.
If you receive a notice from your county, be sure to read it carefully and contact your county worker if you have questions about your eligibility or exemption status.
