New apartment – accepting applications beginning Augus t 1. Tax Credit Community for 62+ in LA.

Property amenities: recreation room, fitness room, golf putting area, BBQ area, laundry, pool and Spa, Monthly activities – coffee socials, holiday celebrations, Yoga, and more.

They have a 122-unit tax credit building located in LA for people 62 and over. To qualify, applications must have monthly income.

Voucher holders do not need to meet the minimum gross monthly income requirement.

Applications will be available starting August 1

How to apply:
You can go to the office to fill out an application, call them to mail you the application, or apply online to submit your application.
