The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires government agencies, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that serve the public to provide auxiliary aids and services for effective communication with deaf, hard of hearing, deafblind, and deaf disabled individuals. Qualified sign language interpreting services are available through LIFESIGNS, a subsidiary of GLAD.
